- Kupas Kentang dan potong bentuk dadu kecil". Cuci bersih lalu goreng sampe matang (harus matang ya moms, biar nanti hasilnya top)
- Blender (Cabe, baput, bamer, jahe, kemiri). Tumis Bumbu dan masukan sereh, daun salam, lengkuas yg sdh digeprek. Aduk" sampe harum aromanya
- Masukan gula merah, garam, dan penyedap rasa. Masukan udang dan hati ampela. Aduk" dan tunggu sampe agak matang. Masukan santan dan beri air.
- Terakhir masukan kentang yg sdh digoreng ke bumbu, lalu aduk"(jangan terlalu sering nanti hancur kentangnya) boleh ditambahkan sedikit air jika kurang, dan aduk perlahan sampe agak kering, lalu tes rasa.
- Kalau sudah ok rasanya boleh diangkat, sambal goreng siap dihidangkan 😉 taburi dg bawang goreng ya moms
