- Divide the flour in 3 equal parts of 135grams each. Add 1 tablespoon of milk powder,1/3 sachet of yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar and pinch of salt to each portion.
- In one portion add spinach puree and make a soft dough and knead for few minutes until pliable. If needed add water or milk. Cover with cling film and leave for one hour to prove. - Repeat for carrot or beetroot puree and leave it to prove.
- Make a dough for plain flour using water or milk and cover and let it prove for 1 hour. - After one hour take one teaspoon butter and knead the spinach dough and divide in two parts. Roll the spinach dough as long as the bread tin
- Repeat for the second portion. - Repeat for the carrot or beetroot and plain dough. - Stack 3 different colour - Orange, plain and green repeat once more. - Now roll all the layers and put it in the bread tin and cover with damp cloth and let it prove for another 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees. - Place the cake tin in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. - Once cooled slice and enjoy with butter and a cuppa.
