  1. Firstly,in a cooker add ghee and oil add,mustard,bay leaf,clove,cinnamon and saute it.
  2. Secondly,add chopped vegetables and stir it.
  3. Thirdly,for grinding,in a mixer jar add coconut,poppy seeds,cardamom,cinnamon,green chillies and grind it to a paste.Then add this to cooker and saute it.
  4. Now add,washed rice to it.add water just that veggies should get immersed in the mixture.did not add more water adjust the consistency.allow it to cook until three whistles.
  5. Now tri coloured fried rice is ready to serve.Serve it with raita!

Serve it with raitha(cut onions in Yogurt) or any other Gravy.
