When I lived in New York, I used to get this delicious tri-color cookie from the Italian Bakery every year for the holidays. Once I moved down south, I was no longer able to get them.   1. Take 3 cups Flour
  2. Get 2 cups Dusted sugar

  6. Take 4 tbsp Colour extract from dhonia,carrot
  7. Take 3 Egg

  1. First in a bowl take white portion of egg. Using hand grinder grind well. Then add 2 cups of sugar. Mix until melt.
  2. Add yellow portion. Mix well.Add milk,and 1/2 cup butter. Grind. Then add flour and baking powder. Mix well.Add vanilla essence.
  3. Then divide the batter into 3 portion. In a portion mix coriander extract and in another portion add carrot extract.
  4. Preheat oven. Bake each cake for15 minutes in 150℃ in convection mode.
  5. In a bowl take100 gm butter. Grind,add 1cup sugar. Mix.
  6. Add vanilla essence2drops and add4tbsp milk. Mix and coat the cake putting one colored cake on another.
  7. Then cut into pieces and serve.
