Make sure maza is at room temperature. Add yellow food color and mix well. Heat up a pan on medium heat and add khoya in it. After about a minute when khoya turns soft add yellow food color.

  1. Heat the pan and add ghee,add coconut and jaggery mix well.keep stirring and cooking till the mixture becomes dry.off the flame and leave it to cool,add cardamom powder and mix it well.Keep aside.
  2. For Modak:Take milk,water and sugar in a pan on low medium heat.Add a pinch of salt,add suji and keep stirring till it comes together like a dough.Remove it a plate.Let it cool down slightly.
  3. Make a dough into three equal parts.add orange and green colour mix it well(here I am using carrot paste nd spinach paste).let the third part remains as it. Grease your palms and make it flat in such a way that the center will appear as a hole.Fill the hole with stuffing and give to a modak shape.
  4. Place the Modak microwave for 2 mins.Modak is ready to serve.

Heat up a pan on medium heat and add khoya in it. After about a minute when khoya turns soft add yellow food color.
