  1. Prepare For Mawa Gujiya-
  2. Get 400 gms mawa
  3. Make ready 100 gms sooji
  4. Get 2 tbsp Desi ghee
  5. Get 400 gms sugar
  6. Make ready 100 grams Kaju chopped
  7. Get 50 gms Kishmish
  8. Make ready 7-8 crushed cardamom powder
  9. Make ready 100 gms coconut powder
  10. Get 50 gms Almonds
  11. Make ready For Outer layer-
  12. Prepare 500 gms maida
  13. Prepare 50 gms curd fresh
  14. Prepare 125 gms deshi ghee for moyan
  15. Get as required Oil for deep frying

Steps to make Holi Colorful Ghujiya:
  1. For Stuffing-Take a heavy bottom Kadhai roast mava till aromatic light brown. Transfer on the plate.
  2. Add 2 spoons desi ghee & roast Sooji become light brown. Keep aside. Grind sugar with cardamom (Remove chilka). Chopped all the dry fruits.
  3. In a mixing bowl add Mawa sooji, sugar & dry fruits. Mix it
  4. For Outer layer — Sieve maida in the parat add melted ghee,& mix well add Curd mix well now add little bit of water make a tight dough and cover it wet cloth. Rest for half-hour.
  5. After 1/2 hour Now knead maida and divided small part.
  6. For duck shape Gujiya I have used only 1/4 part of maida dough. For 6 pc of duck shape, I have made 6 big size dough & 6 small size of dough & roll out the poori shape
  7. Now take 1 big poori add 1big spoon stuffing side of poori add little bit of maida water with the help of finger now close it seel the gujia& fold with the help of finger.
  8. Now join back with the help of maida water.for duck head take small poori of maida add 1/2 spoon of filling and close it. Now give the shape of modak like with the help of fingers.
  9. Take a toothpick 3/4 part, join head in the base part stick eyes (Ellaich seeds)with maida water deep frying all ghujiya.
  10. For colorfull ghujiya add gel colours in the rest of dough make gujia like the pics
  11. Deep frying all gujia
