  8. Take the yeast powder in small bowl add 2 to 3 spoon water mix the yeast and equally put all 3 bowls. Add salt to taste.(yeast powder helps to make Idli soft and pongy).

  12. Take idli stand spread the oil with the help of brush sanchaa's inside area add idli batter inside the sancha.
  13. Once water get boil then put idli stand inside the jaar and cover it well. And wait till 12 -15 minutes.
  14. Finally Tri Colour Idlis are ready to serve.
