  5. Pour the mixture in each cup till 3/4 th full. Tap the tray gently 2 to 3 times. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Check after 20 minutes by inserting a toothpick. If it's clean, the muffins are done.
  6. Place a damp kitchen towel over the muffins for 10 minutes to make them soft. When they are cooled completely, spread melted dark chocolate on each muffin top and garnish with colourful gems. Enjoy.
