- Make the tadka with 2 tbsp oil mustard sesame seeds. Curry leaves onion tomato and some green chili if you like spicy food
- Cook till tomato and onion turn mushy and are well cooked
- Chop the lauki dough Add the steamed chopped lauki dough to the prepared onion tomato curry
- Add Salt red chili powder and turmeric. Sugar just one teaspoon to balance all the spices and sour taste
