Steps to make Punjabi meal:
  1. Firstly heat a oil in a pan and shallow fry the cashew nuts and paneer.
  2. Now we will make gravy, heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, cloves, garlic, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, cashew nuts and onion saute it for a couple a minute and add tomato add some salt and cover it with lid and let it cook.
  3. After tomato and onion became a soft turn off the flame and allow it to cool and make a fine paste remove cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon and cardamon when we will make gravy.
  4. Now in a same pan heat oil and Butter togather now add dry masala.
  5. Stir it and add gravy, Cook it until oil get saperate From gravy now add some water and stir Cook it for couple a minute.
  6. Now add fried kaju and paneer and stir it for a minute and add garam masala,kasoori methi and salt to Taste.
  7. Our sabji is ready to let's make butter naan.
  8. In a big mixing bowl take All-purpose flour add salt,sugar, baking powder, baking soda little Oil and fresh curd and make a soft dough.
  9. Now on a rolling stones roll a round naan and apply some Oil, onion seeds and coriander leaves and little roll again now apply little water with your hand on opposite sides of naan and place it on tawa.
  10. Now turn the tawa on flame and roast the second side of naan.
  11. Take it in a plate and apply Butter on it.
  12. Our punjabi meal is ready to serve.
  13. Serve it with kaju paneer subji, softdrinks,papad and onion ring.
