  4. Put a little white flour on the surface and remove from bowl to knead. Knead for about 15_20 mins. Can do 50 to 100 turns.
  5. Cover and put in loaf tin, cover with a towel to rest for 10 mins
  6. Part it open and roll up, shape,tuck ends and put in a loaf pan, cover with an oiled cling film, then a towel, place in a warm place to rise to 1inch above pan level
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes

I adapted this recipe from an Irish Soda Bread recipe called Wheaten Bread which I found on an untitled web site.
