Steps to make Mutton biryani (iftar meal):
- Take a pot, add mutton, water and garlic and cook until tender.
- Take another pot, heat up the oil and add onion and fry until becomes pinkish.
- Add boiled mutton and cook for few minutes.
- Add ginger, green chilli paste and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add biryani masala, salt, chilli flacks and cumin and cook for few seconds.
- Add, tomatoes, Tamarind and prune and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add mutton stock and cook on high heat until becomes boiling.
- Add rice and cook until water drained then add food colour, cover with led and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Spicy Mutton biryani is ready to serve.
