  86. Prepare For Aapplam:
  87. Take 1 packet popular appalam
  88. Get as needed Oil for frying….

Kadai put yellow dal boiled for 10 minutes then add chopped bottle gourd and add chopped onion and tomato 1 tablespoon garlic then add haldi and coriander powder, green chilli and cover and for 5 minutes then off the flame and for tempering in a pan put oil mustard seeds dry red chilli,garlic, temper it, put on the kuttu. The bottle gourd put is ready.

For beetroot poriyal : In a pan put oil add mustard seeds, jeera, udad dal, chana dal and green chillies and add onions fry for 1 minute and Add 2 tablespoon yellow dal and some water boil 5 minutes then add beetroot fry for 2 minutes then add haldi coriander powder and salt to taste Atlast we can add grated coconut and FRY for 2 minutes beetroot poriyal is ready…..
  4. For Curry kulambu :. In a kadai put oil add mustard seeds Jeera chana dal,udad dal curry leaves dry red chilli then add onion and garlic paste and Fry for 2 minutes then add potato Chopped fry for 2 minutes din add tomatoes haldi,coriander powder and red chilli powder then add tamarind juice in them and add sambar powder and salt and cover and cook for 10 minutes then add grinder coconut in the Curry kulambu and cook for 5 minutes the Curry kulambu is ready…..
  5. For murungakkai sambar: soak the tuvar dal for 1 hour and in the pressure cooker take three whistles ready
  6. In a Kadai put oil add mustard seeds Jeera,hing then add fenugreek seeds and curry leaves dry red chilli then add onion, garlic Fry for 2 minutes then add murungakkai then add tomatoes FRI for 2 minutes then add haldi,coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt and add some water boil for 5 minutes then add tamarind juice and 2 tablespoon sambar powder and cover cook for 5 minutes then add boiled tuvar dal and add coriander leaves the murungakkai sambar is ready…
  7. For rasam:. In a pan put tomato and taramind and some water cook for 5 minutes and grind in them filter it. In a pan put ghee then add mustard seeds, jeera,garlic, curry leaves,dry red chilli then add filter the juice and haldi powder and coriander powder and rasam powder and salt and cook for7 minutes then add coriander leaves and some grater coconut.The rasam is ready….
  8. For more: In a bowl add curd,rice strach Water and mix well In a pan put ghee then add mustard seeds jeera,Hing green chilli curry leaves Ginger in the add more and garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. For A aplam :: In kadai heat oil and Fry the Aapplam Aaplam is ready.
  10. The delicious south Indian meals is ready…. In summer vacation I can prepare for meals whole family… It is so delicious…
