Wash the rice (250 gms Basmati or Sona Masoori) and keep it ready. - • Once the cooker cools down and pressure is released, open it and put the rice mix and add water according to the quantity of rice used. - • Turn on the flame again and let it cook for 4 whistles. - • Voila, a yumm one pot 'biryani' is ready.
  3. Serve with papad, boiled eggs and a churri (mix of onions, tomatoes, lemon juice and coriander.
